About Talay at Marsa Al Saadiyat

Saadiyat Island is Abu Dhabi’s cultural district and its most established beachfront market. Louvre Abu Dhabi is open, Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi are on the same masterplan, and the beach, schools and golf club are already running.

Talay and Talay Beach are two collections of four to six bedroom family homes inside Marsa Al Saadiyat, an AED 100 billion waterfront masterplan on Saadiyat Island. The full masterplan sets out 8 kilometres of waterfront, 5.6 kilometres of beaches and a marina with capacity for up to 350 berths for sailing boats and yachts.

The two collections differ by position rather than by size. Talay sits inside the community; Talay Beach sits closer to the water and hands over a year later. Plot and internal areas are close across the two, so the question for a buyer is position and timing rather than space.

Both collections start at AED 13,500,000.
