The layouts seen so far run one bedroom, three bedroom lofts and four bedrooms. A one bedroom of 99.78 sqm total area, 79.89 sqm of suite and 19.89 sqm of balcony, is priced at AED 2,360,640. A four bedroom penthouse of 283.57 sqm total, 222.91 sqm of suite and 60.66 sqm of balcony, is priced at AED 8,000,000.
Estimated completion is the third quarter of 2029. The two per cent ADGM fee is waived and admin fees are AED 3,150.
Two payment structures are in circulation: twenty eighty on the four bedroom, five per cent on reservation and three further five per cent instalments to November 2027 with eighty per cent on handover, and forty sixty on the one bedroom, forty per cent across seven instalments during construction with sixty per cent on handover. Which one applies depends on the unit.
