Masdar City is Abu Dhabi’s sustainable district beside the airport, planned around Estidama Pearl ratings, shaded streets and low energy buildings. It is one of the cheapest places in the emirate to buy a new home.
Nour Gardens is LEAD four billion dirham community in Masdar City, laid out as eight pods across a plot of 830,608 sqm with 262,015 sqm of gross floor area.
Pods one to seven carry four to six bedroom villas and two to four bedroom townhouses. Pod eight carries one to three bedroom apartments. The first two pods hold 287 homes between them.
The central pod takes the shared amenities: a supermarket, fitness centre, nursery, clinic, restaurants and cafes and a community mosque. The whole community is designed to Estidama Pearl 3 and laid out for walking rather than driving.
