Modon Properties is the real estate business of Modon Holding PJSC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. It is the developer behind Reem Hills and the master developer of Al Hudayriyat Island.
A note on the name. Modon was formerly Q Holding, and its development arm traded as Q Properties. Q Holding rebranded to Modon Holding in 2024. Reem Hills launched under the Q Properties name and now sits with Modon. If you see a listing or a portal still crediting Q Properties, it is the same company under its previous name.
