City of Lights
Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi
About City of Lights
Al Reem Island is the densest residential market in Abu Dhabi and the one with the deepest resale record. Shams Abu Dhabi, Marina Square and City of Lights sit minutes from Al Maryah Island and the Galleria.
City of Lights is the second Tamouh master development on Al Reem Island, built with Sorouh and Al Reem Investments. It covers 566,560 sqm and holds 60 buildings, 52 residential and 8 commercial, planned for around 80,000 residents.
Alongside the towers it carries offices, hotels, serviced apartments, marina facilities, parks and a waterfront promenade. Construction ran from July 2008 to February 2019.
It is one of the two addresses that set the resale benchmark on Al Reem, and the newer towers on the island are still measured against it. Studios start around AED 680,000 on resale.
