Yas Island is the emirate’s entertainment and leisure hub, and one of the few Abu Dhabi communities where the amenity arrived before the homes. Yas Mall, the beach club, the schools, SeaWorld and Warner Bros. World are all operating.

About the developer
Aldar Properties was founded in 2004, is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, and counts Mubadala as its largest shareholder. It is the master developer behind Saadiyat, Yas, Al Raha Beach and Fahid Island.
