Common questions
Will a renovation increase my sale price?
Some work will and some will not. We tell you which is which before you spend, because we are the ones who then have to sell it.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A lot of what moves a valuation is small.
Can you work on a tenanted property?
Between tenancies is easiest. During a tenancy we coordinate access with the tenant.
Do you handle the listing afterwards?
We can. It is usually better when the same people who prepared the property also market it.
