Common questions

Do you handle moves from outside the UAE?
Yes, and most of our relocations are exactly that. We work to your time zone while you are still abroad, so the property is settled before you fly.
Can you find a home before I arrive?
Yes. We view on your behalf and send video walkthroughs, and we do not pretend a place is better than it is.
Do you advise on schools?
We give you honest guidance on communities and the schools in them. Admissions are between you and the school.
How many cheques will I need?
It varies by landlord and by building. We negotiate it, and we tell you at the start what is realistic in the area you have chosen.
Do you help with moving between Abu Dhabi and Dubai?
Yes, in both directions, and it is a common brief. Arriving from abroad is the more common one.
